Many of you have already heard many wonderful things about the latest crop of Super Cub Kits which are all available in kit form. Many of these kits offer the homebuilder aircraft which will qualify for the Experimental category and others off the homebuilder the opportunity to build an aircraft which qualifies for the Light Sport Category. Legal specifications for Light Sport Aircraft may change this year and the empty weight may be reduced significantly. The Mackey S2Q Super Cub Kit which is one of the newest of the crop of super cub kits supposedly includes everything needed to build the Mackey SQ2 with engine options hopefully going up to at least 245 horsepower versions. For those of you who are still unfamiliar with the Mackey, please be prepared to be astounded by its slow flight capability.

We have heard that the new Mackey Super Cub Kits can be ordered with all of the options for the ever popular quick build kits as well as the more traditional construction and fabrication methods. With any of these quick build kits the factory can have you up and flying your homebuilt aircraft in record time. Of course most of these rapid build kits would certainly be an extra for almost anyone wanting to spend more of their time flying rather than spending their valuable time building and fabrication. If any of you happen to know any more about the Mackey super cub kit, then please send us an E-mail and let us know more about the Mackey super cub kit. All we have heard until now is that its slow flight, takeoff and landing (STOL) tendencies are far superior to many of the other super cub kits on the market today.
